Ultra Stripper is an environmentally preferable, non-slip, low odor, no ammonia added, finish remover. This high performance tool requires little dwell time for fast, effective and user-safe stripping action that rinses easy for floor finish application. Stripping floors has never been safer and so easy.
Designed with Selective Implosion Technology, Ultra Stripper implodes the most fortified sealers and floor finishes on a molecular level. Polymer bonds are unlocked resulting in easy and safer finish removal.

DIRECTIONS:
Stripping Procedures:
Dust mop or sweep floor to remove debris
Heavy Duty Stripping:
Dilute at 32 oz per gallon 1:4 (256 mL per liter) and apply to floor using a mop, followed by agitation. Unheated tap water should be used for dilution)
Pick up the stripping solution and residue using a wet vacuum or auto scrubber. Reapply stripping solution and agitate if needed. Allow for 10-15 min of dwell time The use of a high productivity stripping pad is recommended
Thoroughly rinse floor with cold water to remove leftover residues from stripping. Flood coat the floor and let Neutralizer sit for 2-3 minutes. Thoroughly scrub rinse the floor with black/green pad.
Pick up the Neutralizer with a wet vac and then give the floor a clear water rinse with a mop or auto scrubber.
Allow floor to dry and apply an Ultra Green Sealed Certified floor sealer and/or finish.
