Ultra Concrete Seal is a premium high gloss concrete sealer that is environmentally conscious, chemical resistant and highly durable. Concrete Seal’s acrylic polymer base forms a durable, scuff resistant barrier against pad burns, soil embedment and stains while providing enriched color enhancement and gloss to your concrete. Concrete Seal will also provide heightened illumination within the facility due to the reflective light increase from the surface resulting in a brighter and more appealing room. Overall, Ultra Concrete Seal is an ideal solution for providing long-term protection and aesthetic enhancement for in-door concrete care.

DIRECTIONS:
1. Apply 2 to 3 coats on clean and dried surface depending upon the porosity of the surface and gloss level desired. For new installations with grout, sealer can be applied as soon as 72 hours after grouting (For further details, please consult grout manufacturer). Fresh concrete slabs require a minimum of 28 days to cure before applying the sealer. Keep children and pets out of the area until foot traffic resumes.
2. Can be mopped or rolled onto surface
3. Acid etching not normally required
4. May be applied over existing sealers with minimal preparation.
5. Sand screening recommended where required.
Where to Use: For industrial commercial and domestic use. Pavers, brick, exposed aggregate concrete, unpolished poured concrete slabs, and other masonry products typically found on vertical and horizontal surfaces such as hallways, covered patios and parking garages.
