SB 2712 Orange Degreaser is a heavy duty concentrated solvent and emulsifier that has proven effective in the removal of oil, grease, grime, rubber tire marks and more. SB 2712 can be used anywhere from kitchens to warehouses and industrial plants to steel mills. SB 2712 is made from natural solvents that are biodegradable. Application of the product to the affected areas will result in the softening of the residue allowing for removal with a pressure washer leaving a pleasant orange odor. This product is excellent for use as a final cleaner in preparing for a grind and polish finish, or polymeric or cementitious finish.
APPLICATION:
Apply SB 2712 to affected area then allow product to dwell on the surface 5 to 20 minutes depending on the material being removed and substrate. Agitation may prove helpful. Scrape and remove softened residue. Rinse completely. Repeat if necessary on heavily soiled areas. Do not use in the close proximity of pedestrians and vehicles. Protect all non-masonry surfaces from contact with the cleaner. SB 2712 is not a highly aggressive cleaner, but unknown adverse reactions with surfaces other than concrete may occur.
Dilution: 0 to 10 parts water to 1 part product depending upon condition and surface -- test application recommended
Coverage: Dependent upon substrate and other conditions.
