Soap Free PROCYON PLUS Powder Cleaner is a powerful and versatile cleaning product for carpets and upholstery designed to be used in both a Hydro-Force, truck mount or any commercial spray application and as a mixed concentrated pre-spray by a professional carpet cleaning service. Just simply rinse using fresh water in your truck mounted equipment if you would like. Plus you can increase your power and performance and convert hard water to soft water by mixing a concentrated application for your truck mounted carpet cleaning equipment that has a last step chemical injection system. This Truck Mounted system will be bypassing your heat exchange unit. Just set the meter on 2 for standard carpet cleaning and water conversion. The extra power comes when cleaning that nasty carpet, you can adjust your meter to 5 or 7 and just blow the dirt and oil away. This is one tough amazing product! After you're finished cleaning your nasty carpet you will need to dial your meter back down to 2.

PRODUCT DIRECTIONS:

To use Procyon Plus Powder, for portable pre-spray,

Mix 2 oz. of powder per 5 gallons of hot water, applying from bottom to top to prevent streaking. For Hydro-Force, follow in-tank directions. For truck mounts, add 8 oz. per 5 gallons for heavy traffic or 2 oz. per gallon for standard cleaning. The solution can be used as a pre-spray or with various cleaning systems, and it should be left on for approximately 10 minutes before extraction. 

For Portable Sprayer (Pre-Spray):

  1. Mix: Combine 2 oz. of Procyon Plus Powder with 5 gallons of hot water.

  2. Apply: Spray the solution from the bottom to the top of the carpet.

  3. Dwell Time: Allow the solution to sit for about 10 minutes.

  4. Extraction: Follow with your portable extraction system to remove the soil and solution. 

For Truck Mounts:

  1. Concentrated Solution: For heavy-duty cleaning, add 8 oz. per 5 gallons of concentrated cleaning solution.

  2. Standard Cleaning: For lighter cleaning, use 2 oz. per gallon of solution.

  3. Use in-line: The powder is a heavy-duty, triple-strength carpet detergent designed for truck mount hot water extraction systems. 

General Use and Tips:

  • Heavy Soil:Mix 24 oz. of powder per 5 quarts of hot water for heavy soil conditions. 

  • Standard Soil:Mix 16 oz. of powder per 5 quarts of hot water for standard cleaning. 

  • Stain Removal:Procyon Plus Powder is effective at removing tough stains like grease, oil, blood, inks, road tar, and food spills. 

  • Application Method:The powder is designed for use in hot water extraction systems, including truck mounts, portable extractors, and rotary scrubbers. 

  • Rinse:After extraction, ensure all the solution is rinsed out to avoid leaving behind any residue.
