Even with the best cleaning, some fringes just continue to look bad. Fringe Whitener makes them look better and whiter. Covers over discolorations like browning, graying, bleeding, yellowing and old age. Will not damage cotton as many bleaching and oxidizing treatments can. Sure . . . its a cover-up, but who wouldn’t want you to?
Dilutes at 8 oz per gallon. Spray on and brush in.
